HTML format doesn´t work after update to vCO 4.2.1 in the description field

Hi,

I installed a new vCO server with the 4.2.1 version and import a existing workflow. My problem now, I used the html format for the description field under the presentation to provide a table or test in bold, italic, etc.

This works perfectly und 4.2.0, but now I get the following screen on my page:

This here is the screenshot from 4.2.0

Have somebody an idea what change between the versions ?
