Error while running "Remove old snapshots"

Hi ,

I am getting error:-  "Unable to communicate with the remote host, since it is disconnected. (Workflow:Remove old snapshots  / Check host and VC time (item14)#17)"  while running remove old snapshots workflow, I am using vCO 5.5.2.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Hi,

Suggest you to go to vCenter and look for appropriate Esxi on which that VM is locationed. Seems that ESXi got disconnected from vCenter.

Try to reconnect it back to esxi by rightclick Connect option.

If that not work then restart Management agent services from Esxi.
