Elasticservice plugin

Can someone tell me how to use the plug-in to automate scaling? everywhere there's only docs talking about what the workflows do but i'm missing something coz i have no clue how it works. But i need to automate the scaling. Please help.

Thank you so much. I really need some help with this. I have just put the plugin into the orchestrator and configured it for a vCD. And nothing more than that.
