Connection Reset when using Configure Active Directory server workflow

I'm unable to configure Active Directory from vCO when I set useSSL to Yes.  I receive a connection reset.  My goal is to have Active Directory as an advanced endpoint in vRA but whether I create the connection from vRA or directly from vCO, the same error takes place.  Any help is appreciated!

Could you provide vCO version/ AD plugin version

And vCO server.log ..

vCO version is 6.0.0.2289455.  Not sure about the plugin version, how do I find that?  Where do I find the server.log file?

Plugin versions can be checked in vCO Configurator -> Plugins

Log can also be checked in vCO Configurator ->  Log.

You can also generate a log bundle from there by clicking on  "Generate a log report" link. Generated log bundle will contain also server.log file.
