Can not login using vCenter Orchestrator Client

I am using the 5.5.1.0 version. The client used to connect successfully to the  server. But recently it can not. After I clicked "Login", it will display "Login, please wait ..." for about 1 mins, and then alerts in red, as shown below. I am wondering it's a network/firewall issue. Could you please help to propose some solution?

Make sure that ports 8287 and 8286 are not blocked by your firewall.

Hello,

I met the same problem as xiaoliang.

But turn off firewall does not take effect.

I log on my vcac vm(embeded vco), and checked that port 8286 and 8287 doesn't start.

What kinds of these services that use port 8286 and 8287? Need I manually start it? Thanks.

Regards,

Xiaoting

It works fine after I reinstall vCO client on a clean vm.
