AWS Plug-in problem - unable to add amazon account

Hello Experts,

I have a problem with using Amazon Web Service plugin functionality.

vRO > Workflows > administrator > Library > Amazon Web Services > Configuration > Add Amazon Account

I populate the inputs, but the workflow fails add aws account. AWS access keys are valid, checked ok.

This is the first time AWS plugin is setup. I have already tried de-activating aws plugin > restart > active plugin > restart and same issue persists.

Many thanks in advance Smiley Happy

Just ran into this same issue.  We are on vRO 7.01 that we are trying to connect to aws for importing the certificate.

Has anyone found the solution to this?  We have noticed proxy settings (which we do use) but 'should' not effect our connection as we can get to via the same web browser (IE).

I hope someone figured this out since it looks like April was the first inquiry.
