5.5 Install not creating configuration link

Good evening,

We've installed 5.5 but for some reason the link to the configuration is missing. For 5.1, simply browsing to http://localhost:8282/ would bring up the config page, but nothings loads. Anything special here with 5.5? Both services are installed and started. Thanks.

Scratch that, turns out it needs port 8283 instead. I was able to import the 5.1 config and upgrade the VCO database.

Security guys forced us to switch from plain HTTP to HTTPS, so Web configurator endpoint URL was changed from http://[host]:8282/ to https://[host]:8283/
