work with MimeAttachment - where file its saved ?

I have a workflow that work fine 
but I have question about to upload the csv file to my workflow
when I click browse  its uploaded the file , It is saved somewhere in VRO.

How can I know where it is saved or is it possible to know how I delete the file after the end my workflows?

In addition, is there another way to perform the operation to make the wheelbarrow not inflate?
