vRealize Buisness 7.0.1 can see only 1 Vcenter server information even though configured 3

Hi,

I have installed vRealize Business for cloud  version 7.0.1 and successfully registered it with vRealize Automation 7.0.1

i'm having an issue with connecting multiple vSphere vcenter servers to the system.

i've followed the guide and went to Administration,Business Management and added 3 different vcetner servers

i gave a read only user role with Profile Driven service view, storage view, and VCOPS user role permissions on all vcenter servers

i successfully added all 3 vcenter servers and im getting all green in the status field

i also gave the user i logged in with to VRA the Business Management Administrator role

but for some strange reason i can only see information on 1 vcenter server

under hardware list i can see only the ESXI servers managed by this vcenter server and only its virtual machines

i also tried running manually the vcenter data collection and cost calculation with no result

there is no firewall between the Vcenter servers and the vRealize Automation/Business

Hello,

In the status page, do you see a last successful run date for all 3 vCenters?

Something you can try is remove all 3 vCenters, and add each vCenter one by one. Add one, let it collect and run a cost calculation automatically and then add the second one and let it run, etc.

I tried that, only 1 vcenter server is unsuccessful

it seems like the vRealize business has a problem with the certificate of one of the vcenter servers

the certificate is self signed and it contains in its CN the hostname without the fqdn

but in the subject alternative name it has two entries one for hostname without fqdn and second has the full fqdn

i tried adding the vcenter server again using only the hostname without fqdn but i still get the same error
