vRealize Automation center 6.2.2 IP address (query)

I have vRealize automation center 6.2.2 environment where customer has deployed many VMs from portal. One of requirement from customer is they wanted to change IP (different VLAN) address of already deployed virtual machine. Question 1. Is Network changes possible from vRealize Portal? Question 2. If we change VLAN and IP address manually in vCenter, how to publish that IP address back to vRealize portal ( to avoid any future deployment taking same IP address)?

Present the new VMware port group (with associated VLAN) to vRA, and add it to the reservation that the VM is currently provisioned into.  Once you have done that, you should be able to execute a vRA 'Reconfigure' action on the VM and change it's network configuration accordingly.
