In vRA 7.6 we used Custom Groups for approvers used in Approval Policies. When approval request came in those approvers each received an email. With vRA 8.8 with the move to external vIDM I created the groups there and then those groups are the approvers. However, the group members do not get any emails.
Does anyone else use custom groups for approval in vRA8.x? The groups of people do not have an AD security group they are all in so that is why I've done it as custom.
