vCloud Suite licensing only provides connectivity to VMware on-premises endpoints (vSphere and vCD), since it is licensed per socket (ala unlimited VMs). External connectivity requires per OSI licensing, available with vRealize Automation Advanced or the vRealize Suite.

I believe you are not currently licensed for Amazon. I could be wrong but the way the license vRA is kinda wonky when it comes to the cloud piece. Take a look at this article http://bretty.me.uk/vmware-vcac-licensing-and-hybrid-cloud-gotcha/
Paul.
Are you using a vCloud Suite license or vRealize Automation advanced license? Licensing can determine which endpoints you can provision to. EC2 is only included in advanced or enterprise.
Documentation still points to the same vRealize Automation 6.2 Documentation Center. what license are you using ?
vCloud Suite Enterprise is the license I'm using.

Paul, I think you're correct.
"Multi-vendor, Multi-Cloud Management capabilities are only available with vRealize Automation standalone Editions and vRealize Suite. vCloud Suite Licenses are for managing vSphere capacity in private clouds only."
This suggests our vCloud Suite Enterprise license does not include vRealize Automation Enterprise.
