I'm looking for tips on anyone who has found good video training on VCAC if there is any and if you can comment on it.  It could be free or paid training videos.  Thanks!

A little more than a video, the VMware HOL labs spin up an actual vCAC 6 env and walk you through several lab-based scenarios.  This will really help you become familiar with the interface, menu operations and standard vCAC element config - a good starting point.
