IP not injecting into VM after deployed via vRA

Hi

I'm having problems where IPs don't get injected into the OS of the VM.

However vRA does show it in the console.

VMware tools are up to date and the Guest Agent also installed on the template.

Anything I'm missing?

Your problem likely lies in the absence of a customization spec. You must use one configured in vCenter in order to have static IP addresses assigned.

Are you using a customization spec? Are you using vRA network profiles? How have you configured your blueprint? There is lots of information you have not included.

I'm using network profiles

What information do you need regarding how the blueprint was created?

Are you using a customization spec?

No I'm not using any customization specifications.

Are you using vRA network profiles?

Yes, I have created a external network profile and specified the information

How have you configured your blueprint?

I have created a normal vSphere machine linked a clone, and attached the external network to it in the canvas (this is for testing purpose).

In the network tab of the VM, I have added the network profile that was created.

Please advise if more info is needed?
