If you run into an error with installing the IAAS components on Windows Server 2012, check your windows updates and remove KB 2881468, which is the .Net 4.5.1 update. You will get an error about the install not being able to save settings, but the install will continue and should complete.
I haven't checked the README or the install notes, so ignore if this if it's spelled out somewhere. It was a workaround in beta that I'm surprised is still necessary in GA.
