How to provide access normal AD users to vRA self service portal?

How do I provide access AD specific users/groups to vRA self service portal?

This is a very vague question. Can you provide more information? Version of vRA, what you have tried and an example of your scenario?

Sorry for the confusion.

we have vRA7 in different domain ex: vcloud.com and our origanization users are in different domain internal.com.

Few specific users/groups from internal domain needs read only access to vRA 7.

Where I need to add them?

Read only = ?

A user will need to be a member of a business group in order to get in. Depending on the entitlements that have been configured they may be able to request items etc. Some roles provide specific access (such as the Business Management roles). We really need the specifics of what you are trying to do in order to help.
