Fresh install, Infrastructure tab not showing correctly

I can click the tab and navigate through but all the tabs and links are showing up like the picture.  Any ideas how to clear this up?

I'm running the latest version.  I restarted everything and it looks like it's working now.  Not sure if something didn't start completely before or what.

Sometimes it just takes ages for the processes to become available .. not just start, but become available

Next time go to lunch first before restarting the lot :smileysilly:
