In a nutshell - I have a Routed Network Policy which I am unable to delete as for some reason, vRA thinks the range is ALLOCATED.
As a result I also cannot remove the attached External Network Profile.
There doesn't seem to be a way using Cloud Client. Has anyone done this via the Postgres DB ?
