Difference between Advanced Services endpoint and Infrastructure Endpoint

Ok, so i put vCO as an endpoint under "Infrastructure", but now I see there is an option to add it under "Advanced Services"  What exacly is the difference and should I add it to advanced services?

Adding a vCO "Endpoint" in Infrastructure is what allows you to "Invoke vCO Workflow" from the vCAC Designer for IaaS operations.

Specifying the built-in or external vCO server under Advanced Services determines which vCO Server you wish to use when designing XaaS operations using the Advanced Service Designer. "Endpoints" within the Advanced Services section of config actually refer to vCO Plug-in host connections..
