Ok, so i put vCO as an endpoint under "Infrastructure", but now I see there is an option to add it under "Advanced Services" What exacly is the difference and should I add it to advanced services?
Adding a vCO "Endpoint" in Infrastructure is what allows you to "Invoke vCO Workflow" from the vCAC Designer for IaaS operations.
Specifying the built-in or external vCO server under Advanced Services determines which vCO Server you wish to use when designing XaaS operations using the Advanced Service Designer. "Endpoints" within the Advanced Services section of config actually refer to vCO Plug-in host connections..
There are many bloggers who have covered this including vcacteam.info. You can have a look at my blog post (sorry being selfish) http://vzare.com/2014/02/23/integration-vcenter-orchestrator-with-vcloud-automation-centeradvance-se...
I've been reading on it and starting to make some headway, thanks for the links guys. THe product documentation still needs some work, but i'm starting to get it.
