DEM Worker & DEM Orchrestrator frequently offline and online

Hello,

I had done single server installation in which only DB server is seperate and rest all roles are installed on the single Server. I had installed DEM Worker and DEM orchrestrator in the same server as well.

While logging into the Self Service Portal, yellow color strips displays on top of the portal says DEM worker and DEM orchrestrator is not running.

I am not sure if this is the normal behaviour , or it is because i am still in progress of configuring it?

You need install a DCAC-Dem-Setup in orcrestrator mode and one in mode Worker.

i had already installed it which is why there was these warnings but i realized that once i configured it completly, these warnings disappeared.

but i am not sure if this is the actual reason. because in logs viewer i can see lot of errors related to DEM-Worker, where logs message says "DEM Session ID mismatch - unregistering and re-registering DEM"

any thoughts for this?

That error caused by the Session ID of the DEM worker either set to Null or has changed so the DEM Orchestrator considers the DEM worker as offline during pinging.

Can you stop the DEM orchestrator and Worker Windows services then restart DEM worker and orchestrator?

I had done that serveral times but it does not change anything.

MG, Was this issue ever resolved. Currently DEMs are going up and down and checked the NTP settings of the IaaS and SQL and they are synced. Any other ideas?
