I am seeing this error in my vRA Logs. This field that gets entered with a user id and it then returns a value from the user's record.
We are using the ITSM 5.1 Plug-in for ServiceNow. We have imported a Windows BluePrint from the vRA environment. One of the fields on the form allows the user to input the user id of a user, this provides a lookup via Active Directory and return the correctly formatted user id. This is working correctly inside of vRA. When we move this into ServiceNow, and try utilizing the same fields, that is when the error occurs. The error is being retrieved in the ServiceNow logs for vRA.
