how to troubleshoot when the virtual machine is not getting powered on

Hi,

I am novice in VMware.

I need some assistance on how to troubleshoot the virtual machine when it is not getting powered on?

As per my knowledge, we do perform

vMotion,

svmotion,

remove the snapshot

and/or remove the VM from the inventory and try to re-add it.

I am looking for some other valuable inputs.

make sure you have sufficient free datastore space used by VM for memory overhead. If that is not the case share the screenshot of error reported
