I have a virtualized server in Vmware 5.5, within the Health Status it indicates that it has an alert in the Storage category, specifically in the SmartArray P420i controller but I do not have more information, that the error is due or how to see more detail.

It seems that this server should be updated as firmware using the SPP package of HPE server.

For more information about this event, you have to access this server from ILO if configured. Else you have to restart it and access these logs/events from Smart Array Utility.
