Состояние дисков на хосте - smartctl

Добрый день всем! Хотел вот посоветоваться - решил проверить состояние дисков на хосте, установил и запустил утилитку smartctl:

Примерно такие же значения и у остальных дисков. Это уже критический износ и пора срочно менять диски или же пока терпит? Спасибо за ответы.
