Description of Support Request: VDI problem: vdi users client freezes for 10-15 seconds several times a day.
how i can solve this problem?

VDI infrastructure - ESXi 5.1, vCenter 5.1, view connection server 5.2; Thin-client - Wyse P20, pools 20 and ~200 VM; VM OS - Windows 7 x86;
