help with-"" /usr/lib/libvmware-vix.so.0: could not read symbols: File in wrong format"

Hi all, when I use vmware APT to implement the resume of a VM, I had the following error:

" /usr/lib/libvmware-vix.so.0: could not read symbols: File in wrong format

collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

"

My host os is:

Linux hostname 2.6.23.1-10.fc7 #1 SMP Fri Oct 19 14:35:28 EDT 2007 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

and:

Linux hostname 2.6.17-10-generic #2 SMP Tue Dec 5 21:16:35 UTC 2006 x86_64 GNU/Linux

I installed vmware server on them both succesfully. But sees that there is some problem about the libvmware-vix.so.0.

Any Ideas?

Only 32 bit Linux is supported for VIX with VMware Server 1.0.x.
