upgrading Network Interface Cards from 2 to 4

What should be the Correct Process

Most important make sure the card is upported -  the onlyother thing is the enumeration of the nic in VI3 as recall is base one the PCI slot number so make sure you place it further higher in the PCI bus

What about

i have to reconfigure the Ip address of the COnsole again using the Document
http://communities.vmware.com/docs/DOC-11927
Once the Service console ip address is changed then Reassign IP address of the Esx host using the Command line
Do i need to take a Back up of the Configuration as well
