The driver that comes with ESXi for ICH controllers doesn't support RAID mode. Try changing the controller to IDE / SATA mode and see if the install can see the controller then.
it doesn't work.
I have tried also with an IDE disk but nothing.
Any other ideas?

If you try to install to an IDE drive, you need to modify the install. See the process here - www.vm-help.com. You might also want to get the PCI ids for the controllers and compare them with the hardware list on that site.
