power up VM from console?

Is there any way to start a virtual machine from the ESX console?

If my memory is correct, the command should be "vmware-cmd start VMNAME.vmx" as long as you are in the directory of the VM you want to power up.

either that or vmware-cmd *.vmx start...one or the other of those should work.
