panic bank selection failed -- ESXi USB drive not booting

I am getting "panic bank selection failed" when i boot my ML350 G6 server using a HP provided USB jump drive.i tested this USB drive on a PC to confirm if that PC boots or not.I am getting the same error. So i confirm that my USB jump drive that HP provided is corrupted

Any one tell the procedure to Reimage this USB stick with esxi 3.5?

Here go . . .a complete guide . .

Once you have the ESX build done, you can lay the HP customisations on if you like.

One day I will virtualise myself . . .

You could check if HP has a recovery cd, to re-image the USB drive.

An other way is re-image the USB drive as described in this guide
