installing windows 64 bits on vm

I trying to install windows 2003 sever x64 on a virtual machine runing on vmware ESXi but I always have the error below:Thank you in advance for your help

you have to enable VT in the BIOS of the ESXi Host in which you are trying to install the x64 guest.
