how to Migrate NT4.0 from physical to Virtual Machine Esxi 4.0

I had set up Esxi 4.0 on Hp G6 server.. I have an old Win NT4.0 server that wish to migrate over to this new Esxi 4.0 virtual server.. How can i do that? What tools i can use to do that.. Tq..
