giving error while importing VM to other esx host.

hi,

when i try to import the VM from one esx host to another through converter of VC. it gives me attach error. Any help will be appreciated.

Tanav,

This error comes when import wizard unable to get the value from vmx file. you can create a new VM there and attach the existing disk and then try to import the VM.

If you have shared storage on both the server connected, you can simply vmotion between the hosts. No need to import the VM from one host to other.
