export network configuration to deploy to new ESXi server

I have both ESX 3.5 servers and ESXi with vcenter.

I now have 2 more ESXi servers, is there a way I can export the vswitch and port groups from either the 3.5 or esxi servers to import into the new esxi servers? Maybe using powershell?
