esxi licensing questions

I got 1 free license for esxi. I want to set up a second server. Do I use the same serial #?

if not how do I get a second serial #? (url please)

You can re-use the serial number on another host. On the ESXi download license page you should see the below text and you can change your serial number to be licensed for any number between 1 and 999 CPUs.

Terms & Conditions

This license key can be deployed on an unlimited number of physical hosts, but is restricted to deployment on less than or equal to 999 CPUs. Click here to Change
