esxi con Discos SATA

Hi good day, having an IBM x3650 server with a Raid 1 with SATA 1TB hd,

the problem is that the installation is cut in 3 / 4 or more hands and

do nothing but throw me even a single error is labeled and dies ...

someone known to be happening and how can I solve it?

any single error is stationary and the screen bar installation is not progressing

Are you able to press ALTF1 and/or ALTF12? Are you using a USB keyboard (if so can you switch to PS2)?

any order from the keyboard works and the ctrl + alt + supr. I'm using usb keyboard and mouse because the server brought me no ps2

Any error messages on the ALTf1 ar ALTf12 screens? On the F1 screen, what is the last item listed?

screen when the installation is branded, any key on the keyboard responds. the server I have to physically shut down to re-boot
