Windows 7 Virtual Machines in ESXi 3.5 u4

What is the prefered VM configuration for bringing a Windows 7 (Professional - 32 bit) online?

In the options for OS, when creating the VM, I see Windows Vista is a choice and Windows 7 is not.

Is Windows Vista the best choice for this?

Is one NIC or storage adapter better suited for Windows 7 than another?

Welcome to the Forums - Check out http://www.vmware.com/pdf/GuestOS_guide.pdf also to get Windows in the drop down list I think you need to be at U5
