I am having somewhat of an odd issue. We are trying to use Platespin PowerConvert (licensed) to migrate P2V. However, we cannot see our VM server as a feasible destination within Platespin. It does show up but we cannot move a workload to it. We have worked with the Platespin techs and they think it might be because we are stuck (on ESX) in tech support mode. Please see screen shots. How do we get out of it? We tried a number of things, but the console (via putty) still shows it as tech support mode. Has anyone gotten this combo (ESX 3.5i and Platespin Powerconvert 7.0) to work?
