Vitual Nic Droping out

I've big problem on a ESX3I server in that for no reason the virtual NIC on the VM Machine stop responding, you can't ping it or get access to the server. I can still get access via the VMware Infrastructure client so I'm guessing the not the physical servers NIC. If I editing the VMware server setting to disconnect the reconnect the virtual NIC it stays live so a short time then drop again. I have revoved the virtual NIC the re added and new but but still the same Smiley Sad any help wlecome

Hello, have you tired connecting to your VM via the VI Client and checking your NIC settings to see if they are all present and correct??

Yes they are all fine, like I said if I edit settings the select connect on the VM nic then press OK then reconnect it back on it all works for like 3 to 4 hours no problem :smileyangry:
