VM Nic Speed

I have just installed ESX 3i on my ML350 G3 then install server 2003 machine  it all installed no problem at all and seemed to be working well. Until I was copying some data over the network and noticed it was running slow I checked the VM NIC card and it was running at 10MEG the ML has a 1GIG NIC and its all plugged into a 100MEG switch so why the 10Meg speed can I change this? As I can see how to Smiley Sad as there is no option with the advance options of the VM NIC too

1) I've changed the calbes

2) The 2 PC's that are plugged into the switch are running at 100MEG...... I'm lost

any help welcome

are the VMware Tools installed? You can also try going to device manager and updating the driver for the NIC, point to the VMware Tools directory.
