User Logged Event: Remote console on <vm> disconnected - Freezing

Hi To All

Have a VM from a cloned physical server with Windows 2003 Standard OS. After successful cloned and power on the VM, I'm experiencing freezing on the VM CONSOLE. I cann't control the mouse, I just need to press Crtl+Alt to exit the console close it, then lunch again the console. When I've checked the Events, there was several "User logged event: Remote console on <vm> disconnected" details.

Thus anyone can resolve this problem. thanks.

Hi,

Have installed Vmware tools? If yes, ensure that the hardware acceleration is full.

Hope this helps

Hi

VMware Tools was already installed and has status OK. How can I find Hardware Acceleration?

Can't do that on the VM server, since it's freezing and not responding when I click on it. It keeps disconnecting my remote console. There's no way I can do RDP also, since there was no IP address and network connection.

give a try:

1. Try to increase the video memory.

2. Reinstall of tools
