Hello, ESX / ESXi do not support USB devices in virtual machines. If you need to provide a USB device to a VM, then you would need to get a USB over IP device.

Is there a alternative solution to copy data from USB drive to Virtual Machine, Since i dont have Blank CD Now.
Do you have network connectivity to the VM? You could create a file share on the VM and copy it over the network.
Could you convert the data on the USB drive to an .iso and then mount the iso to the vm through VI client?
