Trying to build a Server 2008 X64 VM

We are running ESXi 3.5.0, I am trying to build a windows server VM 2008 X64 R2, 3 GB's of Ram, 40 GB Hard drive, 2 virtual CPU's and one NIC. When i boot it states installing windows files and the bar goes all the way accross the screen, the screen flashes and you the words Windosw Server 2008 on the bottom of the screen, it just seems to hang, eventually an error pops up "Error connecting to /bin/vmx process

Any Ideas, I have 6 VM's runnin on the host, the host has 32 GB's of memory installed, and connecting to SAN storage.

2008 R2 is not supported until U5. This may be part of the problem. Anyway to upgrade to U5 and then try to build the guest?

Are you using the U5 version?

Your BIOS is updated and VT and NX are enabled?
