Test\Non-Production Build Check - Dell Optiplex 960

I'm hoping to build a test\non-production environment and wanted to give esxi a go (first choice after readiing many many articles on vmware, ms and citrix).

I've spec'd a Dell Opitplex up and would appreciate if someone could verify esxi will install easily on it:

- Dell Optiplex 960 Mini Tower

- Intel C2Q Q9650 (3GHz, 1333MHz, 12MB)

- 8.0GB 800Mhz NON-ECC DDR2 Memory (4*2GB)

- 320GB HDD (will be upgrading to 1TB\2TB drives in a RAID1)

- Onboard Graphics

- Onboard Sound

Thats all the info i have atm but if anything else is needed, please let me know.
