Slow ESXi 3.5 Boot

My ESi 3.5 sever takes a very long time to boot. It gets stuck on the vmfs2 loaded succsessfully. Is there a way to speed this up? I think it is because I am using software iSCSI but not sure. I have tried lowering the maximum number of LUNS to scan to 5 but it does not help. Is there a supported way of disabling vmfs2 and any other methods of speeding the boot process up?

Thanks

Tony

How much time is required to have the system up and running?

If you have software iSCSI then system could be 1-5 min slower then normal.

For vmfs2 see:
