SSH on ESXi 3.5 - Where is it?

Hi All;

I have been searching and searching the net for this topic but cannot figure out the issue.

I have download the VMware-VMvisor-InstallerCD-3.5.0_Update_5-207095.i386 and installed on a DL360 G4p.

I can access the 'unsupported' account using the terminal screen, but when I navigate to /etc/ssh/sshd_config, this is not present, if I open the /etc/inetd.conf and uncomment the 'ssh' line, and then KILL inted, it does not provide me with SSH login.

On further analysis I believe the SSHd server is not present. Using the VI Client, I cannot find the firewall under security - it flashes for a second, and then disappears!

Do I have a 'cut' version of ESX?

I know I should be on version 4.x but cannot get hold of 64 bit server now.

Thank you

LG
