Report on VM's

Is there seriously no place I can go to export a list of all VM's and properties???

I really think that all lists that appear to you at the center of VI client are exportable. Try clicking on your datacenter, tab Virtual Machines, go to File > Export > List...

Will try at my environment and if it is not correct I tell you. Try at yours...

Ya it works. And additionally you can add/remove more/less columns by right clicking at the top of the VMs and enabling it or not.
