Random network connectivity lose between VMs

Recently installed ESXi with latest updates on SuperMicro X7DB8 server.

Server config: Xeon E5310, 4GB of RAM, SAS RAID1 on LSI, 2x Intel 82572EI.

Guests: Debian Etch (kernel 2.6.18-686), Windows server 2008 Stadart.

Debian is working as gateway for LAN . Windows server acting as domain controler on LAN.

Problem - random connetivity lose between guests. Picture of ESXi networking config attached.

First I noticed DNS resolution problems on Windows servr, coz it uses forwarders from outside. When I found ping timeout to Debian guest.

After I found same lose from Debian to Windows server. Both guests are on the same virtual swicth.

So I began testing with pinging both guests from LAN machines and at the same time I started ping between guests.

No ping lose from LAN machines to both guests, while ping lose occurs between guests!

Maybe time to start up tcpdump on the Linux box and watch the traffic to see what's happening between the guests?

Do you notice any other symptoms, like high response times (anything over 5 ms)?
