What kind of help do you exactly need?

I would suggest using the vMA: http://www.vmware.com/support/developer/vima/

It's a virtual appliance and just takes minutes to import. It's a lot easier in my opinion.

I have a RCLI package(VMware-RCLI-3.5.0-104314.i386.tar.gz) I wanted to install it in linux box 64 bit. But I could not find a 64 bit version of RCLI.

I agree with Ducan's suggestion, vMA/VIMA is the way to go!

Though if you're so incline, you can get it installed with a few modifications to the default installer and the detail instructions can be found here: http://www.astroarch.com/wiki/index.php/Installing_VMware_RCLI_within_64-Bit_Linux

I had gone through this process last year and it does work, but vMA/VIMA is definitely faster to setup with more features
