Sorry forgot something.
Here:
Create a new virtual machine choose custom advanced.
Choose operatingsystem Other Linux 64bit
Then choose the lsilogic scsi kontroller.
Then choose the appropriet memory and disk settings.
remove the virtual machine from favorite list.
Edit the vmx file and add line: monitor_control.restrict_backdoor = "true"
Start the virtual machine and boot from the .iso file.
Install esxi.
See .
xtravirt has a good document installing esx 3.5 ( not i though ) on workstation 6.5

Thanks to all for your reply
these all steps i have already done, but no luck. And also when i start the Virtual Machine i tells me that your hardware is not capable of hardware virtualization, what is that.
thanks

And after getting messege that your hardware is not compatible for running hardware virtualization , i click OK and then it starts loading ISO file and get hang / stuck at the message " VMkernel loaded succesfully"
and then nothing happens.
Thanks

Your CPU is reporting that it is not VT-capable. You are probably suffering from Intel erratum AV69 (see http://download.intel.com/design/processor/specupdt/318727.pdf). The fix for this issue is a BIOS upgrade. You should contact your system manufacturer to see if a new BIOS is available.
I have recently purchased new CPU and motherboard after searching for the VT technology enabled CPU in intel and what is the problem with it now.
See the Intel erratum I referred to above.
